White Ribbon Day
Central to the Taranaki Safe Families Trust campaign is the promotion of White Ribbon Day. WRD, November 25th, is the international day when people wear a white ribbon to show they are against violence towards women. Taranaki Safe Families Trust have an extensive involvement in the weeks leading up to White Ribbon Day including a range of activities to involve the community in stopping violence toward women.
